Martin’s College of Cosmetology Converts to Empire Beauty School Brand
December 18, 2008-Martin’s College of Cosmetology in Wisconsin announced the school’s conversion to the Empire Beauty School brand name and curriculum. The former Martin’s College of Cosmetology schools offer several convenient locations in Appleton, Green Bay, Madison, Manitowoc, and Milwaukee. All of these schools will incorporate Empire’s exclusive Certified Learning in Cosmetology (CLiC) curriculum.
In addition to the CLiC educational methodology, the schools will benefit from NxtBook and TeamBoard technology. These forms of digital teaching systems offer an interactive and valuable addition to the student’s educational experience.
The newly branded Empire Beauty Schools are accredited by The National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts & Sciences, Inc; (NACCAS), as well as licensed by the Department of Regulation & Licensing in the state of Wisconsin. The schools are certified by the U.S. Department of Education and eligible to participate in the Title IV Financial Aid programs.
Formerly part of the school division of the Regis Corporation, Martin’s College of Cosmetology follows several of the Regis schools, acquired by Empire Education Group, in the transition to the company’s brand and curriculum. The school division of the Regis Corporation and Empire Education Group announced the merger between the two companies in 2007.
